It includes only part of Horsham Township (precincts 2-4, 3-3 and part of 4-1), part of Lower Merion Township (wards 1, 2, 3, 9 and 13, precinct 6-3 and part of 11-3) and part of Upper Merion Township (Belmont 5). The district also takes in eastern Berks County.
