Franklin County Fire District 3 Proposition 1: levy lid lift ($1.24 per $1,000)
Authorization for a single-year permanent levy lid lift. Franklin County Fire Protection District No. 3 adopted Resolution No. 491 to increase the current level of property taxes to adequately fund District operations including emergency medical services. This proposition would authorize the District to use a property tax levy rate of $1.24 per $1,000 assessed valuation for assessment in 2026 and collection in 2027.
