Public Hospital District No. 1 (Three Rivers Hospital) Proposition 1: $48 million renovation bonds
The Board of Commissioners of Public Hospital District No. 1, Okanogan and Douglas Counties, Washington, adopted Resolution No. 2026-10 concerning a proposition for the construction of improvements to Three Rivers Hospital. If approved, this proposition authorizes the District to construct, equip, remodel, renovate, and furnish improvements to Three Rivers Hospital and carry out other capital improvements deemed necessary or advisable by the Commission; issue no more than $48,000,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 30 years; and levy annual excess property taxes to repay the bonds, all as provided in Resolution No. 2026-10. Methow Valley EMS District Proposition 1: one-year EMS levy ($0.10 per $1,000)
Will the Methow Valley Emergency Medical Service District be authorized to impose an excess tax levy in an amount of Ten Cents ($0.10) per One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) of the assessed value of property in the District for one year in order to prevent the impairment of emergency medical care and services, including ambulance services, to be levied by the District, with collection occurring in 2027?

Okanogan County Fire District No. 1 Proposition 1: levy lid lift to $0.50 per $1,000
The Board of Okanogan County Fire Protection District No. 1 adopted Resolution No. 97 concerning a proposition to establish its regular property tax levy. This proposition authorizes the District to establish its regular property tax levy at $.50 per $1,000 of assessed value to be assessed in 2026 and collected in 2027. The funds will maintain and improve fire protection, and life safety services, replace apparatus and equipment, and provide for firefighter safety. The dollar amount of the 2026 levy collected in 2027 shall serve as the base for computing subsequent levy limitations as provided by chapter 84.55 RCW
