Issue 3: Photo identification to vote (constitutional amendment)
Proposed Constitutional Amendment TO REQUIRE VOTERS TO PRESENT PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IN ORDER TO VOTE Proposed by Joint Resolution of the General Assembly To enact Section 5 of Article V of the Constitution of the State of Ohio A majority yes vote is required for the adoption of Section 5. This proposed amendment would: • Require voters to present an approved form of government-issued photo identification in order to vote. • Allow state law to provide for an alternative method of verifying a voter’s identity for a voter who has a sincere religious objection to being photographed and, therefore, does not possess an approved form of government-issued photo identification. • Require that voters who do not vote in person provide an approved form of government-issued photo identification, unless the law authorizes those persons to vote by providing a signature and at least one other specified unique identifier. • Define approved forms of government-issued photo identification as an unexpired Ohio driver license or state identification card; a United States passport or passport card; or a United States military identification card, Ohio National Guard identification card, or United States Department of Veterans Affairs identification card. If approved, the amendment shall take effect immediately. A “YES” vote means approval of the amendment. A “NO” vote means disapproval of the amendment. SHALL THE AMENDMENT BE APPROVED?
Issue 4: Cincinnati City School District additional tax levy
An additional tax for the benefit of the Cincinnati City School District for the purpose of current expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $66,336,723 annually, at a rate not exceeding 7 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $245 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027. The county auditor has certified that the amount by which the carry-over balance in the district's general operating budget from the preceding fiscal year exceeds the district's general fund expenditures made in the preceding fiscal year is $37,352,861, which is 6% of those expenditures.

Issue 10: Hamilton County children's services tax levy (renewal and increase)
A renewal of 4.51 mills and an increase of 1.1 mill for each $1 of taxable value to constitute a tax for the benefit of Hamilton County for the purpose of support for children's services and care and placement of children that the county auditor estimates will collect $116,888,718 annually, at a rate not exceeding 5.61 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $121 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 4 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
Issue 16: City of Madeira charter amendments
An ordinance submitting to the electors of Madeira certain amendments to the City Charter for the purpose of modernizing the document. Shall Articles II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XVI, and XVII of the Charter of the City of Madeira be amended as follows: *modernize terminology and gender references; add continuity and severability provisions; allow electronic notice of special Council meetings while increasing the minimum notice from 24 to 48 hours; clarify Council vacancy language; and move, without changing, the rule requiring three readings of ordinances and resolutions having the force of law; *allow Council to appoint a qualified person to perform the Manager's duties when the Manager cannot perform those duties for an extended period; *eliminate the Treasurer office created by the Charter and the authority to combine the Clerk and Treasurer offices; replace the requirement that the Treasurer sign and the Manager countersign expenditure warrants with authorization by the Manager; require Council members and the Manager to agree annually on an administrative threshold for contracts and purchases, with Council approval above that amount and administrative approval below it; and revise public contracting notice and bid selection provisions; *revise the Planning Commission's source of authority to include municipal legislation; remove its duty to submit an annual five-year capital improvement list; and allow the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals not to meet when they have no business; and *replace the Charter's automatic protection of the Hosbrook House, Muchmore House, and Railroad Depot with Charter protection only for properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places or designated as historic by City ordinance; require qualifying properties to be preserved and maintained under applicable federal, state, and local guidelines to the greatest extent practicable; and provide that no property is subject to mandatory preservation, protection, location, or other restrictions under the Charter unless it is so listed or designated?
Issue 17: Local liquor option, Madeira Precinct D (First Watch)
Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by First Watch Restaurants, Inc. a holder of a D-1, D-2, and D-3 liquor permit, and an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a restaurant at 8118 Montgomery Road, Madeira, Ohio 45236 in this precinct?
