Initiative Measure No. IP26-645 concerns state and local taxes. This measure would repeal a 9.9% tax on annual individual income over $1,000,000; prohibit taxes measured by individual income and taxes on individual income or the receipt of individual income; and define "income." This measure would decrease funding for public K-12 education, higher education (including universities and community colleges), and human services (primarily healthcare). Timberland Regional Library Proposition 1: levy lid lift ($0.22 to $0.35 per $1,000)
Timberland Regional Library District Proposition No. 1 Regular Property Tax Levy Lid Lift for Library Services, Operations and Maintenance The Timberland Regional Library District's Board of Trustees adopted Resolution No. 26-002 concerning a proposed increase of the District's regular levy rate. If approved, this proposition would restore the District's regular property tax levy rate for library services, operations and maintenance from $0.22 to $0.35 per $1,000 of assessed valuation for both 2027 and 2028, subject to applicable limitations. The resulting 2028 levy dollar amount would be used for the purpose of computing subsequent levy limitations under chapter 84.55 RCW. Should this proposition be approved?

North Pacific County EMS District 1 Proposition 1: one-year ambulance levy ($0.40 per $1,000)
Proposition No. 1 Pacific County, Washington Ambulance and Emergency Medical Services Funding The North Pacific Emergency Medical Services District No. 1 has passed Resolution 2026-721 concerning the collection of an excess levy of forty cents per thousand dollars of assessed value ($.40/1000av), replacing the expired 2026 levy, estimated to collect not more than eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000), against all property in Pacific County, except for that property which is within the boundaries of the Ocean Beach, Ocosta, or North River School Districts and collected in 2027 to subsidize Ambulance and emergency medical services within the North Pacific County Emergency Medical Services District #1 service area. Pacific County Fire Protection District No. 3 Proposition No. 1 Property Tax Levy Lid Lift for Fire Protection, Suppression and Prevention The Board of Commissioners of Pacific County Fire Protection District No. 3 adopted Resolution No. 26-2503-01 concerning a proposition to establish its regular property tax for maintenance and operations to an amount not to exceed $0.61 per $1,000.00 of assessed valuation to be levied in 2026 for collection in 2027. The maximum allowable levy in 2026 shall serve as the base for computing subsequent levy limitations as provided by chapter 84.55RCW. Should this Proposition be:

Pacific County Fire District 6 Proposition 1: restore levy to $0.50 per $1,000, then up to 6% a year
Proposition No. 1 Pacific County Fire Protection District No. 6 Authorizing Regular Property Tax Levy The Board of Fire Commissioners of Pacific County Fire Protection District No. 6 (the "District"), adopted Resolution No. 2026-7-23-1 concerning a proposition to authorize the District's regular property tax levy. This measure would authorize a regular property tax levy of $.50 per $1,000.00 of assessed valuation in 2026 (for collection in 2027) and would authorize a limit factor of up to 106% (but not to exceed the $1.50 per $1,000.00 assessed value rate) for each of the five succeeding years. The maximum allowable levy in 2031, collected in 2032, shall serve as the base for subsequent levy limitations as provided by Chapter 84.55 RCW.
