Proposition No. 2 Cheney School District No. 360 Replacement Capital Levy for Technology, Security and Infrastructure Improvements The Board of Directors of Cheney School District No. 360 adopted Resolution No. 28-25-26, concerning a replacement levy for capital improvements. Proposition No. 1 Spokane County Fire Protection District No. 9 Property Tax Levy for Fire Protection and Emergency Services The Board of Fire Commissioners of Spokane County Fire Protection District No. 9 adopted Resolution No. 26-8 concerning a proposition to maintain and adequately fund District operations. This proposition authorizes the District to restore its regular property tax levy to $1.50 per $1,000.00 of assessed valuation to be levied in 2026 and allows annual levy revenue increases of up to 6% per year for the next five years (but not to exceed the $1.50 rate limit). The dollar amount of the final levy shall serve as the base for subsequent levy limitations as provided by RCW 84.55. Should this proposition be approved?

Proposition No. 2 Spokane County Fire Protection District No. 9 Fire Station and Firefighter Safety Improvements General Obligation Bonds - $70,000,000 The Board of Fire Commissioners of Spokane County Fire Protection District No. 9, Spokane County, Washington, adopted Resolution No. 26-9 concerning bonds to improve, construct and acquire public safety facilities. To meet increased demand for fire, emergency medical, wildfire and rescue response services, and enhance firefighter health and safety, this proposition authorizes the District to renovate, modernize and construct fire stations and facilities and replace a fire station, construct a training/classroom building, and make capital improvements; issue $70,000,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within a maximum of 20 years; and levy annual excess property taxes to repay the bonds, as provided in Resolution No. 26-9. Should this proposition be approved?
