Ballot issues
City of Forest Hill Proposition 1: reauthorize the street-maintenance sales tax
Whether or not to reauthorize the local sales and use tax in the City of Forest Hill at the rate of one-fourth of one percent sales and use tax to continue providing revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets. The tax expires on the fourth anniversary of the date of this election unless the imposition of the tax is reauthorized.
City of Forest Hill Proposition 2: charter amendment (§ 3.02)
Shall the City Charter § 3.02 be amended to prohibit a recalled council member from serving in an elected or appointed city office for three years, instead of two years as currently written?
City of Forest Hill Proposition 3: charter amendment (§ 3.10(3))
Shall the City Charter § 3.10(3) be amended to require (rather than allow) the Council to adopt an ordinance or resolution further specifying procedures for investigations, notices, hearings, public reprimands, censures, and suspensions of the Mayor and/or a Council Member?
