City of Killeen Proposition A: charter amendment — moving regular city elections to November
Amend the Charter of the City of Killeen to move regular elections for mayor and all councilmembers to the November uniform election date during odd-numbered years, and to make certain other grammatical and technical changes related thereto.
City of Killeen Proposition B: charter amendment — repealing the resign-to-run provision
Amend the Charter of the City of Killeen to repeal the requirement that a member of the City Council resign and vacate his/her position upon filing to run for a different office on the City Council, and to make certain other grammatical and technical changes related thereto.
City of Killeen Proposition C: charter amendment — filling vacancies on the City Council
Amend the Charter of the City of Killeen to require that any vacancy on the City Council shall be filled by a majority vote of the remaining members of the City Council, allowing for a special election to fill the vacancies should a quorum of the City Council no longer exist, and to make certain other grammatical and technical changes related thereto.
