Shall the Charter be amended to provide that the City Council shall have the power, by ordinance, to renumber and rearrange charter provisions, including the power to correct typographical errors, to conform titles, to replace antiquated terminology with more current language, and to conform cross-references in the body of the text of this Charter, so long as no substantive change is made?
City of Terrell Proposition B: charter amendment on the mayor pro tem and deputy mayor pro tem
Shall the Charter be amended to provide for the selection of the Mayor Pro Tem and the Deputy Mayor Pro Tem at the first regular meeting following the canvass of each regular city election and be nominated by the Mayor and selected by the City Council?

Shall the Charter be amended to (1) prohibit any appointed or hired employee on the City's payroll from contributing to or be requested to contribute or support a candidate for city office; (2) prohibit any appointed or hired employee or Civil Service Employee, while on duty or in uniform, from actively participating in a campaign for a city office; (3) prohibit any person seeking employment or promotion from contributing a thing of value to a person in connection with the employment or promotion; (4) prohibit any person from requiring a Civil Service Employee from contributing to a political campaign or providing a political service and prohibiting adverse action against a Civil Service Employee from refusing to do so; and (5) prohibit any person who violates this provision from appointment or election to city office for four (4) years and require the immediate removal from city employment or office if the person violating this provision is a current officer or employee?

The reauthorization of a local sales and use tax in the Town of Poetry at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) to continue providing revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets. The tax expires on the fourth anniversary of the date of this election unless the imposition of the tax is reauthorized.
